It’s time to say something about me…

 I am Sara Puentes, I was born in Bogotá D.C, Colombia, a 31-year-old woman embarking on a work, health and safety rich continuous learning journey, passionate about my career and happy to contribute my knowledge to the industry.

Beyond the professional sphere, I'm a Single woman with a little daughter,11 years old who bring infinite joy to my life, during the weekends we love spending time together on the outskirts of the city and enjoying moments of relaxation and entertainment together while I provide my daughter with an upbringing full of values and love.

I am a great fan of extreme sports, during my adolescence and most of my youth I have dedicated myself to practicing rappelling, scuba diving, bungee jumping, hiking, climbing and parachuting among others.

My interests don't end there; I am also interested in learning about advances in technology, biotechnology and diversified investments. I take advantage of my free time reading books on personal growth, finances and meditation, sometimes I also enjoy walking, dancing and watching sci fi movies. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in new topics, learning from others, and sharing knowledge and experiences with friends.

Fundamentally, I believe in achieving a healthy work-life balance, maximizing my potential in all I do, and maintaining a curious and open-minded approach to life.

Deep down, I believe in balancing work and personal life, taking advantage of everything I do and always being curious and eager to learn. My enthusiastic and optimistic approach brings passion and creativity to everything I undertake, whether it is my professional or personal life.
